Self Drilling & Low Torque

ForgeFast is a complete range of Elite Performance Woodscrews. ForgeFast screws feature a proprietary self-drilling thread based on a DIN338 wood drill design. Spiral grooves form the drill cutting edge and drill flutes remove rather than displace timber reducing splitting and jacking.

The self-drilling thread design reduces torque so power tool batteries last longer and screws drive in faster. Splitting and jacking are reduced while pull-out protection is increased to give a firmer fix. The sharp point, capable of penetrating 0.8mm steel, creates a fast bite and means no pre-drilling is required, resulting in much faster installations.

The double cutting point, capable of penetrating 0.8mm steel, and the serrated cutting thread reduce splitting and combine to form a rapid pick-up at the start of insertion. Reduced drive torque and no pre-drilling mean quick installations, whilst the fix remains firm with improved pull-out.

The Exterior Elite 2000 Screw features the Elementech 2000 Coating System which has been developed to provide increased corrosion resistance when installed in treated and untreated wood. A 2000 hour salt spray test rating simulates exterior, coastal construction environments and ensures elite performance in all weather conditions in both commercial and residential applications.

The ForgeFast range includes specialist screws for fixing into both timber and composite decking. These elite performance fasteners have been developed with both form and function in mind. For maximum corrosion resistance, ForgeFast decking screws benefit from an Elementech 2000 coating which has been salt spray tested to 2000 hours.

The ForgeFast decking range also includes the option of screws with an ultra-discreet trim head, ideal for both timber and composite. For optimum aesthetics, ForgeFast decking screws are available in two colours - tan and green. This enables customers to choose a colour that most effectively complements the colour of the decking being installed.

The ForgeFast range includes timber screws able to deliver elite levels of performance. These screws have a heavy-duty construction and are available in large sizes up to 250mm. ForgeFast timber screws benefit from exceptional corrosion resistance. They have an elementech 2000 coating which has been salt spray tested to 2000 hours.

The elite performance of ForgeFast screws can be enjoyed across a range of products designed specifically for construction focused applications. These construction screws are heavy-duty and available in sizes up to 8mm in thickness and up to 360mm in length.

The ForgeFast Elite Performance Tongue & Groove Flooring Screw is specifically designed to fix tongue and groove floorboards to timber flooring joists. The design ensures no damage is caused when fixed through the tongue. The reduced head with underhead ribs is designed for self-countersinking allowing a very flush fit with the next board.

The ForgeFast Elite Performance MDF & Chipboard Flooring Screw is specifically designed for fixing flooring grade boards to timber structures. The double cutting point breaks through the hard, dense surface of flooring grade materials. The anti-split, fast start thread can then engage quickly to form a rapid pickup at the start of insertion.
